Why is it that alot of Pro BB and ex Pro bodybuilders are selling their medals a shame but great for their fans Lee Priest and Tom Platz are my favourite BB of all time they have given so much to the sport with Lee and his dvd's forum and now his medals, and Tom with his on line university and dvds, forum and like Lee his medals. I hope Lee stays in touch with his fans as he will be sadly missed. Lee good luck for the future

brennan, I hear what you are saying. I used to see Lee from afar in Goldʻs, but not in awhile. When I read he was leaving to go back to Australia, I thought what is left for him to do here. (God speed, Lee) As for his medals and stuff, he should wait until he retires for motivation maybe? Lee still has some years left in him for competing. Iʻve been to Tomʻs forum, great place for sure. The Que looks like something thats been needed for quite sometime. Its for anyone who wants to get into shape. I think Tom has sold some of his medals, but is keeping a lot for a museum and family. I also know from a mutual friend that he has decided NOT to sell his trophies and that he received huge offers for them, but turned it all down. He thinks the fans also earned those medals and so he doesnʻt mind letting some of them go from what I read once, and that he isnʻt letting just anyone buy them. Since he has been retired from competing for over 20 years. That makes sense. A friend of mine bought one medal for a fair price, and heʻs just a family man and a longtime fan. As for his garage sale, who wouldnʻt want a piece of his history! I thought it was good of him to offer the public his personal things. I see Tom in Goldʻs twice a week. He looks way to happy to be financially in trouble, so those rumors of him being broke or needing money from his medals are simply bull. Just take a look at his first DVD. Awesome and so different. I will tell you, he still goes after it in his workouts big time.
I usually do not post and just read to see what Lee is up to and what he is thinking. A big fan forever no matter where he goes or what he does. Changing countries does not warrant a good bye.
