its good for everyone to exchange and there thoughts with others and help everyone keep up to date with everything that goes by.
its hard to say if improves the relationship but it lets the pros know that they do have support from others and people appriciate what they do and arent all haters

Its 50/50. You at least get direct contact with them and ask them things. However ppl say alot of shit about pros and always putting them down. Half of these ppl probably dont even work out and even if they do thier not impressive.

Everything I know is from the internet. There was NO bodybuilder here when I started, so I didn't know anything about it. I only know one guy who used to be a bodybuilder that's it. Few years back and no one knew who Jay, Ronnie or LEE is. Now I can sometimes hear someone talk about em Some guys have started bodybuilding and I know I've had a big influence on that. The guys ask me about diet and training methods etc. I can't believe how little people around here know about food. It's as if I know so much but it's only in comparison. My country is very small. The population is around 47k people. Football, handball and swimming is very popular here. The ones in the gym are mostly weekend warriors. Only a handfull of semi seriouse athletes. I'm pretty sure I'm the ONLY guy who doesn't drink and therefor I'm one of the strongest and biggest. There are like 3-4 guys who are stronger than me and they are 6-16 years older than me.

Yeah I know what you mean. Im in college and I swear im the only one that knows anything serioulsy about BBing and nutrition, and to me this is just a hobby! Theres only one person that I actually knew who seriously got me into BBing. Everyone else was just there to workout nothing more. Then thats when i starting researching pro BBers via the internet.

I think its a great resource for us that want to learn and know bbing. We really have to face facts, BBing will never be mainstream and the internet is our only outlet.

it would be better off like that not been main stream we don't need the unwanted attention all the other mainstream sports get. We get to lead normal lives without news reporters or people that are obsessed with us up our arses all the time trying to get a head line or take a photo

We are a rare breed, and I like it that way. Anyway, how many people do you know that would have the dedication and drive to live the BBing lifestyle? NOT MANY!!! We are unique in the world of fat, lazy and inactive people. I am proud to be a FREAK!!!
