I did some of those with my trainer last week. To hit the bi's even better, he stood infront of me and applied added resistance by making me work against a resisting force. I.E. I had to push down while he pushed up or held it in place. Was a bitch but the pump I got was trememdous.

You don't have a to go heavy, it's all about the control when you have resistance. It's amazing the results you'll see. Do about 6set 12reps. Then do reg curls immediately after, take only 15-20sec breaks. It's intense and you will feel as if you want to puke. Curl as heavy as you can, then do drop sets. At least 3sets, 10reps.

sounds like that will bring out the peak??? It does. But if you switch the position of your hands (close grip/wide grip) you will hit each seperate muscle of your bicept. This will encourage growth for the whole muscle, so you won't have just a great peak, but a big upper arm. Combined with a great tri workout...
