I dont have health insurance or else i'd be in the doctors office getting it taken care of. I could use some help.

Hey brother.....my wife came down wit a huge case of adult onset acne that took shape in the form of about 40 cysts and terrible acne on her face. It lasted for 18 months and had her really beat down. She too Acutain for a solid year and it completely cleared. You said you did not have insurance right now, but you can treat it the same way with vitamin A. The Acutain contains a huge dose of vit. A. She had another flare-up recently and gave the A a try. It worked great for her. But know this.......be very careful with the A. Your body doesn't like too much of it. Do a little research and give it a try.
Hope this helps.

If it's really bad you can try Proactive. A buddy of mine used it on his back and it cleared. I changed body lotions recently and started getting some on my shoulders and the Proactive actually made it worse. Then I found Nutragena Intense Acne Gell. Worked wonders. It's a small tube but you don't have to use a ton of it. Haven't had any issues since even after I stopped using it.
As for the Protan covering it up...since it makes you dark it will hide the blemishes. But the chemicals in it could cause you to have a worse breakout. Take care of the problem first before you any type of heavy tanning oil or lotion. And then make sure you test it on a small patch of skin for a few days before doing an all over body cover.

As for vitamins curing your acne or helping it out enough to where its not noticeable, I doubt it will hardly do much for you. If you claim your acne is that bad, there is probably some genetic basis to it. In my opinion, the only way to see noticeable differences with acne as bad as yours is some type of medication which can only be prescribed by a doctor obviously. I am sure there are certain herbs or vitamins which can help out to a certain extent with minor cases of acne, but something that is as bad a case as yours, probably needs medicine. Either borrow money from someone for the doctor appt and the presription, or try some vitamins or herbs. But, dont expect the vitamins to make a significant difference.

I worked at a major tanning salon, 8 facilities 24/7 and 45 beds each, we would get people with skin issues coming in with prescriptions from their doctors for tanning sessions. The premise was that the heat would dry up the oil and pulse in acne, psoriasis and other skin irritations and diseases. We had a chair, kinda like a pilots chair, that had a facial tanning screen for people with face acne, or those whose just wanted color in their face.

Have someone you truly trust, someone who will never ever betray you, someone who doesnt mind doing things that show that they truly care for you. And ask them to...
Get a razor.

I have heard tanning is a good way to get rid of acne. I also heard that pool water, because of the clorine, is good. I heard that sea water does the same thing as the pool water...............

I get a break out now and again. The best remedies are the old ones. Salt baths! Sometimes it nips like hell, but it works for me.
