I change it up every so often sometimes mainly ill go mod 15-8 reps or ill go heavy for 8-4 reps easy 20-10 reps i like to change it up every workout it makes it more interesting and keeps ya guessing

I only lift heavy if I can look at a heavy weight and think....easy...
