what does everyone do for they training and how many times a week

at the moment i train at the gym 4-5 times a week cardio 2-3times a week weekends i sometimes do both on the same day

4 days a week.........around an hour at a time.... day 1.....arms and calves day 2.....legs day 3....Back and shoulders day 4.....full body and extended cardio
I also do cardio on the other 3 days but not as long.....

5 days a week, sometimes 6, hit all body parts, one body part a day, train heavy always.

4 - 5 times / week .. cardio 3 - 4 times ... Depends on how much i have to study but i always try to get atleast 4 times a week. Hope my time will allow it meh to get 6times.
