Hi all, I'm currently having a meal replacemant shake for my mid afternoon meal 3pm, does anyone have any suggestions for a meal I can eat or drink fast as still at work. Meal replacements good but dont fill up and are expensive. Thankls

Oatmeal is always good...the slow cook kind. Very healthy, filling, and cheap Add a scoop of protein powder to it and it is very balanced. This is a carb so it depends where you are in your "season" cycle. Eggs/Egg whites are great too. They are not just for breakfast anymore ;D

Go for the round container with Mr. Quaker on the package. The quick cook or slow cook is fine. Better to have the food in their most natural state is a good rule of thumb. The instantized oatmeal is refined and contains sugar, additives etc., etc. Best wishes to you and the results you are seeking.
