Trained back today! i did partial deadlifts and got 6 plates a side for 6 reps! i got piics and video i will post the pics! that weight was always a struggle for me! now for some apple pie!

Not many people do that lift anymore. Im impressed. Six plates. . . . .Hummmm. . . . .thats like a zillon pounds, right. LOL. . . feels like it anyway.
I do full deadlift but I have been doing 315 for five, I can go higher but I dont want to chance a back injury so Ill wait untill I can do ten and then add some weight. I can do ten now but not all in the same set. On my last back day I did sets of 5,4,2,2 but quit there because I didnt want to over do it since Ive been starting my back workout with dead lifts. I still have to be able to work the next day and cant get to sore and still work.
I get some strange looks when I do the basic lifts ie. deadlifts, squats, barbell rows but thats the best way to make gains so I keep doing them. Anyway Ill be looking for the video . . . . . . .Red
