I've always had a problem bringing up my lats. What is the best exercise that will target this area and give me that perfect v-taper from the back?

Try this:
Get a doorway chinning bar for your home and/or office.
Every hour on the hour do chinups to failure...
Don't worry about the odd looks you may get at the office.
Get your priorities straight!

What if I don't work in an office or don't have a doorway? And my priorities are straight...eating, sleeping and staying out of jail.
I hate pull-ups, I know they work, cause my trainer used to make me do them. Thankfully he's now in another city, so he can't make me suffer anymore. Just need something that will work and that I can have fun with or at least tolerate.

We all have doorways...some are in the front, some in the back and some in other places...
If you hate them then they must work really well.

Scott...my dear man, they worked damn well. But with recent events, it's been hard getting back into working out. I want to fall back int love again, hence me needing something that will get me there. Not saying it should be easy, just more enjoyeable. And that will guarantee results. Once there, pull-ups will be part of my routine again...
