THIS IS MY CURRENT BULKING DIET AND SUPPLEMENT PLAN, WHAT YOU LOT THINK......? ANY SUGGESTIONS?
MEAL 1: 1 WHOLE EGG 4 WHITES 3X WHOLE MEAL TOAST MULTI VITAMIN AND MINERAL MULTI OIL MILK THISLE 3X UNI LIVER TABS
MEAL 2: 60G PROTEIN SHAKE WITH 50G WAXY MAIZE WITH WARTER
--TRAIN--
MEAL 3: 60G PROTEIN SHAKE WITH 50G WAXY MAIZE 3X UNI LIVER TABS
MEAL 4: 8 OZ STEAK 1 CUP OF RICE OR POTATOES
MEAL 5: 8 OZ CHICKEN 1 CUP OF RICE OR POTATOES
MEAL 6: BEFORE BED 60G PROTEIN SHAKE WITH 50G WAXY MAIZE WITH SEMI MILK 3X UNI LIVER TABS

Cut out the Waxt Maize at bed time. If you want carbs you need something slow. But I wouldn't take in carbs but take 2tbs of natural Peanut Butter

I agree with the peant butter. The Waxy Maize is good but you need more variety.
If you really want to bulk up try and always eat protein with your carbs and taper off the carbs as the day goes along. Eat the most carbs at breakfast and the second meal and the least at the last meal. Carbs are for energy and you dont use much energy when you sleep. Other wise eat as much protein as you can during the day I usually try and eat about 50 or so grams at every meal. Oh and dont forget the good fats, thats where the horemones come from. . . . . . . . . .Red

I agree with both guys....Also, make sure your potatoes are baked sweet potatoes or as some call them "yams"....Better carb then white potatoes.....Other then that, Sounds like your on the right track!!!!

My bulking diet is 60-70% protien. Which works well for me, may not anyone else. I agree with the idea that carbs should be only used for energy for your workout. And taper off during the day.
