So what is your style of training right now?

I don't have a program over exercises and reps, only a training split. Right now it's: Monday is back, Wednesday is chest, Friday is legs and Saturday is arms & shoulders. I just keep track of what I've been doing in my head. I go by feeling so I stick with exercises that feel good. I like to combine one heavy exercise with many lighter, focused exercises. So I typically start a backday with deadlift and then move on to seated rows for example.

Same here I mainly just do one body part a day and then cardio afterwards. But I always train heavy. You need to so your muscles can remain big and full.
