im on a low carb program so far its the best way for me to lean up and keep muscle. It may not be the perfect program for gaining muscle though and getting lean cuz u need excess cals/carbs for muscle growth.
In essence, its basically fucking near impossible to do both, naturally anyway.

You can keep the bodyfat low, but it will be there if there is any muscle gain.
What are your stats? weight? etc..

Keeping your muscle size... lower carbs, more protien... more meals. Small meals. Low sodium. Also some sort of cardio is a must if you are trying to get to a certain weight. Just remember to eat 6small meals. Carbs in the morning is fine. After that keep to protien/vegetable. Green veggies is best. Also get a WPI protien drink. Good luck.
