I have only been working out for 3 months and have gained a 1/2 inch on my bicep.

It's possible with good genetics, hard work, consistency, nutrition. Fastest results occur and then start to slow down. Good job!

Thanks Scott.. I have been consistant in my workouts but having trouble with the nutritional part, I guess thats something I have to figure out. I do want to amp up my workouts but read that you can over work the muscle. Is there a way you can tell if your over working the muscle?
