Yea i was wondering if any of you guys have gotten spider veins in your legs from doin heavy squats? cause i do. my mom told me that you should wrap them up and it will surpress them. It's not really taht bad but its noticeable its behind my knee and im only 19.

Once you get spider veins, the only way of getting rid of them is to have them surgically removed. There are procedures that can be done within a few hours. Not sure if it's the squating that is causing it. I've been doing it for years and so far haven't had that problem.

Yeah it's the same thing. You'll need to check it out since it's an indication of some problem with the area it's appearing in.

wraping your legs might help prevent but it wont cure!!!

There is a certain procedure, whereby the vein are injected with a special fluid that collapses the vein so they are not noticable. Dont worry, the blood will make new ways to get to the area. Im not sure if there is another way.
