Training Triceps, I was doing EZ bar extensions and i think i pulled my Tricep!! I was still able to do bodyweight dips afterwards but my arm is a little sore now. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

You'll be fine brother!!! Rotate ice and heat for a day or so and you will be good as new!!!

cheer up champ its not the end of the world. Give tris a break then soon ya be able to train them hard again yeah thanks man. Its caked in some pain cream right now haha smells pretty bad!

Im not joking.....Dude I work in a Doctor's office!!! yes right after i pulled it, i put the med cream on and iced it. that night i sat in the hottub for a good hour or so. It feels ok. I did took the next day off and then did just biceps and cardio the next day, so im gonna try chest today, it feels ok now.

Also you might try supplementing against that. Dont use the supplements instead of what ExFreak said but in addition to. I use cal-trate (sp) its a calcium supplement with vitamin D and minerals. It will help keep such injuries from happening. It will work best if you take it at bed time, it will also help you sleep better. Remember though its just a supplement and will make the chances of this happening a lot less but not impossible. Glutamine also helps, its an amino acid. Also wearing a sweat shirt, in the colder months, at the begining of your workout will help your muscles warm up faster and prevent some of these types of injuries. I do all of the things that Ive listed above and I get some strange looks in the gym but have been injury free for many years (knock on wood). I also carry a tube of Ben Gay in my gym bag and apply it at the first sign there might be an injury. Hope this helps. . . . . . . .Red

Sorry to hear of your injury...just rest it, ice and heat work wonders and asprin. You will be back to skullcrushers in no time...
