I do cardio year round, on lifting days I'll do 30 minutes on the treadmill after lifting, on my 2 days off from lifting, I do 45 minutes on treadmill and 45 minutes on elliptical

Do cardio year round. An hour when combined with reg training. Depending on how far into it I am, 30-45min in season training. Prefer spin bikes and running 6-8miles outside. When I get too lean I will forgo cardio for at least a month or so. With the exception of sprint drills once a week.
