ok rock sounds good, i totally agree, i like your flexibility, you remind me much of my wife, especially the last line, you got so excited you mispelled else...lol Dammit and I always pride myself on using spell check ;D... being flexible is key, why be rigid, makes for a less interesting experience. This can be said for most things in life. Things here get taken way too serious... just go with things.

As it's been stated, it's a quick fix. It's easily availalbe, cheap and def filling. Unless you're really health conscious, you won't give it much thought. Especially if you're not able to afford healthier alternatives. Which in the majority of situations are the case. Let my kids starve because it's unhealty or let them eat and become obese and have health issues later in life. It's a double edge sword. Obesity is prevelant in less fortunate communities because fast food is cheap.

It's a smart marketing strategy. For them it's about making money(and why not, it's not their responsibility to police what ppl are eating) They provide a product(albeit unhealthy) in a location that is guaranteed to garner sales. Unfortunately for these individuals it's not an easy lifestyle to break. Because they are seeking help, they do know the facts of their situation. But to have the problem (i.e fast food places) shoved in your face, is a temptation many won't be able to resist. They might tell themselves it's only the one time. Unfortunately as statistics have shown, that's where the problem start. It only takes that one incident for a complete relapse to occur.

From the fast food companies standpoint. Brilliant idea. It's up to the individuals as to whether they can by-pass these places. Odds are stacked against them. Companies know this. To them they are not creating(did not create) the problem of obesity. They've supplied the product. People have chosen time and time again to buy what they are offering.
Outstanding marketing strategy.
