hey what kind of forearm training do you suggest i got a gripper and i do wrist curles. my forearm's are 12 in but they need more size!!!

that handle with a string and you attach the weight to..and roll it up...that works wonders!

yea i know what you are talking about, i have to see if my gym has it or ill have to make one from a price of wood and rope

dumbell raises with the bell vertical, (like raising a tankard.)
single arm cable pulldowns, just moving the wrist (opposite movement from 1st excersise)

arms hanging down behind you curling up with the wrist a straight bar

when I want to shock my forearms, I stop using wraps and straps, this forces the forearm and hand muslces to kick in.

reverse barbell curls

for the top of the forearms you can get on your knees and lay your arms across a bench and using a zig zag bar "curl" it up and down, the forearms stay flat on the bench so just the wrists are moving. can't use much weight at all.
