I read on MD where you said that you were strictly taking amino's and protein right now. Are you taking BCAA's Or ECAA's or both? Also if you can what does a typical day of eating look like for you right now? Thanks!

WHAT EVER RUSTY GIVES ME...THEY ARE THE JOHN SCOTT NITRO BRAND...THEY ARE RED AND WHITE.......
EATING I EAT 5-6 TIMES....PROTIEN AROUND 80 GRMS PER MEAL....CARBS HAVE NO IDEA ....I JJUST EAT WHAT I FEEL LIKE

When you don't have to diet and you can eat clean you really don't have to count the Protien and carbs... You have to remember, Lee has been at this for a long time. He knows his body really really well and he can look at something and tell if its got enough protien and carbs for him. Look at the recent pics of Lee.........He obviously knows what he is doing......
