depends on every person average person's test lasts around 45 mins note i said AVERAGE person l

That's like a warm-up. You can spend about 90min there. Your body will not break down, as long as you use some sort of enery drink after 60min. This will keep your insulin levels up. You only need water if you're there for 60min or less.

Your right if you are going for cardio and wieghts but I was saying by only going 60 minutes you can get a cardio while you wieght train....see what im saying???

First part of my statement was meant jokingly...ugh! you're slow But I meant, you can do weights for 90 without harming your body, granted you replenish it with the appropriate fluids/supplement. Also you can add 30min of low impact cardio to that. This will afford you muscles to cool down slowly. Making healing of tissue faster.

I thought you already knew I was slow.....lol....I understand what your saying. I was looking at it from the point of view that we are all on such tight schedules and 60 minutes would fit better with most people...thats all....

If you go later you'll have more time, and you'll be able to fit more in, since most gyms aren't packed after 8pm. Besides, I thought you were hard-core and that you are a warrior once you step into the gym...3hours IS your warm-up ;D

LOL....not...Three hours of my workout would kill me!!! I move fast and have very little rest between sets...But it works for me...

how long is to long to be in the gym? When you have completly wiped out the certain body part you are training that day. BE BRUTAL.
