Has anyone ever tried this type of training style before? I have been trying it for the past 4wks and so far Im pretty impressed.

I DONT CARE FOR IT...WHY RE INVENT THE WHEEL...ITS JUST TRAINING..NOT NEED TO MAKE UP SILLY STUFF...JUST WARM UP THEN GO HEAVY FOR A FEW SETS THEN MOVE ON....EVERYONE IS ALWAYS TRYING SOMETHING NEW...
I EVEN HEARD HANNY RAMBOD HAS A NEW SYSYTEM COMMING OUT....OH GOD ANOTHER EXPERT ON TRAINING NOW...

tried it for a while a few years back, it did nothing for me in the way of size increase, not enough volume. it's fine if you are interested in strength only.
