Do you wake up in the middle of the night to eat or drink a protein drink?

I know you want Lee to answer, but I figured I would put in my two cents. IMO it would not be a good move to wake yourself out of a deep sleep just to eat. You body needs this time too recover as well as grow. Just eat a slow digesting protein before bed and you should be alright.

he's never mentioned this as something he does to add mass in any of his videos, at least not the ones that i have. if he did do this on purpose every night i think he would have said.
i wake several times to urinate anyway so i have some aminos in the bathroom which i will take, they are chewable then i take a swig of water. i know doggcrapp in his early days would wake in order to put down more food, whatever.

Even alot of pros dont do this...they say it tears up thier stomach.

If by any chance I wake up and I'm hungry, I eat a snack. But I don't wake up to do this on purpose.

I used to go up for a protein shake for a while (around 1-2 months), I discontinued it because I didn't think it was good to disturb my sleep. Now I just keep a shake at handy so if I wake up (I often do at ~4 am where I used to get up for the shake) or need to pee, I drink it.

i do everynight i wake up eat cereal or have a shake its strange i hear its from all the water . if ya drink alot and i do.. beats me

when i wake up i just drink water or a glass of milk nothing else until my first meal of the day
