Ok guys my show is aproaching fast. And it will be here before i know what to do. So since im pretty much doing this myself and reading about shit. What would you guys say a good time to start my diet? Ive heard l2 monthes 3 monthes 4 monthes before the contest. Also when should i start doing cardio and lowering my weight and raising the reps? And as far as cardio goes should i be running on a treadmill or walking? should the cardio be pretty intense or just like moderate?

This is just general info, the basics:
1. 12-16 Weeks is the norm for dieting(low-moderate carbs, high protien). 2. Cardio everyday(twice) for approx 45min. I personally use a stairclimber, I feel it puts more cuts in your legs. 3. OK, now this may sound controversal, but if your a natural BBer, you still need to train heavy ALL THE TIME. Or you will begin to lose muscle mass. If you have any weak points just train them first, and if you feel like doing higher reps, do them AFTER your heavy training.
This is what works for me, but hey everyone is diffrent.

what worked for me when i started 8 wks out. depends on when ya want to start
1. start off with clean up your diet. 2. increase cardio if ya havent already started 3. cut down food intake extra 10% and start taking a fat burner half dose first week or 2 4. increase cardio an extra 15min 5. last couple weeks use full dose of fat burners.
train hard and normal all the way through

Those are all great plans but you also need to consider how lean you are now. If you already have a low body fat % then you may only need 12 weeks to prepare instead of 16. Also, if you have a low BF%, you will want to watch the amount of cardio you do because you will lose muscle mass. Obviously how you diet and train during your contest prep. will depend on how you look right now. Good Luck!
