This is for Lee or anyone else who has experience on the subject.
I know you should have around 72hours between training a body part. I like waking up early and training (around 5:00am) but come the later part of the day I still feel like going cause I'm bored and I don't want to do much cardio (It's boring).I have been training for around 5 years the traditional route but want to try this approach. I might do 30 min of cardio but otherwise don't want to do much.
Does anyone have any good routines, just bodyparts per seasion, for this type of training? I'm thinking it's best to have one session be light and the other normal. I'm trying to bulk but I think that will just come down to eating enough and getting rest between training.
On a related note I'm going to try a higher fat diet to help gain muscle but will try and twist that up with most of the fats being Omega-3's. Has anyone attempted this for gaining mass and if so what kind of results does it produce compared to not worrying about the type of fat you get.

I say work a large muscle group in the morning then a smaller one at night.
As for the bulking up issue. Just super-saturate the body with protien and the fat from the protien should be enough for your body.
