I FIND IT HARD TO EAT IN THE MORNINGS......SO I MAKE UP A PROTEIN SHAKE WITH 60G PROTEIN, MILK, RASPBERRIES AND OATS IS THIS OK......? ANY SUGGESTIONS WELCOME ?

pre prepare ya break fast the night before make something that ya would want to eat the next morning then ya can just heat it up. even if its "protein" pancakes

I cant eat a heavy breakfast. So a protien shake or bar does it for me.

Its hard to hammer down 6 egg whites and Oatmeal and the like early in the AM. I don't see anything wrong with it at all!!!
