I HAVE BEEN GETTING A GUT...SO HAVE BEEN CLEANING UP MY DIET...HAVE STARTED DOING 30-40 MINS CARDIO ON A X-TRAINER AT LEVEL 4 AFTER HITTING THE WEIGHTS...ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Jogging...boxing... any type of cardio at a high intensity should work fine, combined with the weight training

haha I don't do cardio. But seriously, I just adjust my diet, thats how I control my body fat %.

Do cardio before weights!!! Helps warm you up and gets the blood flowing......If you are on a creatine or NO product, it helps get them throughout your system faster as well......Which means better pumps!!!

When doing cardio before training you're using up your energy sources - the energy you need for the last reps. It is essential to achieve those reps and continued training at a weakened state will lead to decrease in strength and size. Do cardio after your workout.

I like to do cardio first thing in the morning so your body uses up your fat stores for energy. Also gets me in the mood for a great breakfast and is a great jump start to the day.
I like interval style cardio, such as sprinting for a minute, then walking for a minute, then repeat until you've done 20 minutes total.

Oh, and gotta listen to the music too, keeps you motivated and makes cardio less boring
