I'm not sure if i have pulled my quad really bad or torn it. But in any case what is or should be the next step. I have just started to really get into the heavy weights for good high rep counts on the legs and would love to get over this and back into the heavy shit. But here is my Delmar, pulled or torn what action is next. How do you tell the difference or is it same same but different.
Any help will be great cheers

well yea dude....then take it easy...dont f uck your self. train smart if your leg hurts go light and just focus on contracting the muscle instead of going heavy. that shit will come back to haunt you.
