"Oatmeal Pancakes" 1cup oatmeal 6 egg whites a litttle vanilla extract
mix up batter and fry with Pam like pancakes
top with cinnamon and suger free syrup

I don't have a favourite recipe since I'm a horrible cook. But hell after dieting for 3months I just had about the best meal tonight. Hot and Spicy Chinese chicken wings Egg rolls Duck in sweet sauce with pineapple Crispy beef with brown rice. And an extra large DQ Tripple Extreme Chocolate Blizzard Hell I did good. Mostly protien

Chicken, steak, brown rice and protien powder. Mix it all in a blender and you have the perfect meal.

Exactly...good thing I don't know you. I have a small little dog and you might think she's an apetizer
But look at it this way....you save time mixing it all together. Might be completely disgusting but it keeps things interesting...you seeing how long it will take to drink it and then puke it right back up ;D

once a week i cook chicken thigh fillets either on the bbq or under the grill or in the oven and marinate it with nando sauce and then dice it up, put it on a sandwhich with tomato's pineapple and cheese and its great or for dinner i just dont dice up the thigh fillets and put it with mashed potato and vegies! mmmmmmmm yummm

I had mashed sweet potatoes for the first time the other evening! They are way better then white mashed potatoes!!!! And so much better for you as well......It takes them a little longer to cook but they are worth the wait!!!

I've always prefered sweet potatoes, not sure how much healthier they are with butter/pecans/marshmallows. My all time fav is sweet potatoe fries though

Oh, I didn't even think of making them sweet ones....DAMN!!! next time I will. I used non-fat Margarine and sea salt and pepper....they were great!!! Fries??? That sounds really good!!!
